Returns and Exchanges

All Products Sold by Want What You Want are Handmade with Production Assistance.
Our Production Assistance Partner for all products sold by Want What You Want is Printify. 
Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if our customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 20 days of product delivery.

    • Printify, through collaboration with several providers, handles product creation and shipment. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Incorrect or Faulty Product

If you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please get in touch with our team within 20 days of product delivery, and we will be happy to arrange a free replacement.

Please note that a free replacement is not offered in these cases:

  • Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by your customer

  • Products that were received as requested; however, the customer wishes to have another size/color instead

  • Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1")

Lost packages

In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.

If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office. Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.

After both of these steps have been completed, please reach out to connect@youreverywant.com. We will direct Printify to investigate it further and offer a free replacement if they determine that there was no error on part of the customer.

Returning orders

In case an order is returning to Printify or to the Print Provider’s facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the Printify Support team can provide the option of either a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
